By accepting the terms and conditions, you're authorizing Brilliant Bank to initiate, and your financial institution to honor, an electronic payment in the amount specified from the bank account indicated.

Payments will be debited from your financial institution within 5 business days of authorization and applied to your Brilliant Bank account. Brilliant Bank will make every effort to process, transmit or settle entries in a timely manner and in accordance with NACHA operating rules. Transfers occur Monday through Friday. If the date of the transfer falls on a Holiday or a weekend, the transfer will go out the next processing day. We will not be liable, for instance, if:

  • Your account has insufficient funds to complete the transfer; or

  • The funds are subject to legal processes or other encumbrances restricting such transfer

Returned Payments

Authorization will require funds to be available in the funding account prior to origination to allow reasonable time for processing on the requested date. Entries returned due to non-sufficient funds may be charged a fee as set forth in Brilliant Bank's Fee Schedule. This authorization will remain in full force and effect until Brilliant Bank has received written authorization of its termination in such time and manner as to afford Brilliant Bank and the named funding Financial Institution a reasonable opportunity to act upon it. Brilliant Bank reserves the right to revoke this Agreement.

You may cancel your electronic payment until 4:00pm CT on the day the payment is authorized by contacting Customer Service at 833-605-1037.
